The New Year

Yesterday we had 126 horseback riders! The corrals were bursting with activity and smiles all day long and the weather couldn’t have been nicer. We were truly blessed to meet so many lovely people. The rain has slowed us down some today but we have our fingers crossed for better weather since that’s what we Arizona (working) Snow Birds love the most about Cave Creek!

The upcoming new year offers a time for reflection of 2013 and the memories made during. Upon looking back what else can we say but…”wow”. The years just seem to keep flying by as our family grows up and gets bigger and as we continue to share a passion for horses and knowledge with our guests. The bits and pieces that make up our days, like dressing up guests in chaps and saddling horses, has melted away another year, leaving behind great memories, new friendships, and more love in its wake. We can only hope that 2014 will present us with equal characteristics and even more opportunities.

Tis the Season

It’s been a slow week for us here at Cave Creek Trail Rides. People are busy with Christmas parties, planning, and errands so the corrals have been a little slow. Reservations are starting to come in now though, as people are coming into town to spend time with family and enjoy the sunshine! The holidays are always a busy time for us so we have been catching up on corrals chores in preparation for the next few weeks.

If you are a last minute shopper there is still time to buy our Christmas gift certificates. They make quick, easy and unique gifts! Call us today to purchase! 623-742-6700!

Merry Christmas from the Cave Creek Trail Rides crew!

Great Thanksgiving Weekend

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend here at Cave Creek Trail Rides! The weather was absolutely beautiful and the corrals were busy. We had some amazing guests from all over the country who were in town to celebrate Thanksgiving with their families. We closed the corrals on Thanksgiving Day and fed the horses a few extra bales so that they could enjoy a large Thanksgiving dinner.

Now that the kids are back in school the corrals have slowed down but we manage to stay plenty busy with horse chores, thirty-some horses will do that for you!

We are looking forward to our second Girl Scout program on Saturday afternoon.
